Spring Mountain Ski Ranch is not just a community, but a one of a kind affordable waterski community. Its 170 acres of pure fun with 50 acres being water (4 lakes), leaving plenty of room to park your toys. We boast that the lakes have only 11 lot owners per lake, all on one side (for better privacy and more ride time). There are an addtional 6 lots with water skiing privileges in phase two, priced much lower because they are not on the water. Phase 1 is complete, and approval has been received for Phase 2.
